12/14/10 — Lab G Registration Fee — Please note that the paper registration form has an incorrect price listed. Lab G (Extractions and Intraoral Radiography) is incorrectly listed with a registration fee of $325. The correct fee is $395, which is listed on page 69 of the registration program.
