On-Site Services

Exhibit Hall

Hours: Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Take advantage of the two-hour lunch break to browse through the Exhibit Hall, with more than 100 industry service providers ready to show you the latest and greatest advances in technology. Find out what companies have signed up to exhibit in 2013 on the Exhibitors page. Please note that there are no exhibit hours on Sunday, Feb. 24.

Registration & Customer Service

Hours: Wednesday, 5 to 6:30 p.m.; Thursday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Sunday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The OVMA strongly encourages pre-registration, as those who register by Feb. 1 will receive their confirmation materials in the mail and enjoy reduced registration fees.

However, on-site registration will be available during the above hours. Just pick up an on-site registration form at the kiosk, or save time by downloading a form online to fill out prior to arriving at the Conference.

Internet Cafe

Hours: Wednesday, 5 to 6:30 p.m.; Thursday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Sunday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Stop by the Internet Café to check your e-mail, surf the Web and complete the MVC online evaluation. This service is free to registered attendees and available during regular Registration and Customer Service hours. Please be aware, however, that there are no notes printing stations at the Internet Café.

Child Care

Information on child care services for the 2014 MVC will be posted in the fall.

Wellness Center

Hours: Friday & Saturday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The MVC is once again offering a Wellness Center in the Exhibit Hall, where attendees can obtain titer testing. Individuals who have received rabies pre-exposure vaccination and continue to be at risk for exposure are recommended to have their titer checked every two years.The cost for the testing is $70. Payment can be made in cash or checks made payable to MedOhio Occupational Health Centers. The lab work will be sent to Kansas State University for endpoint results determination. All results will be mailed to each individual in a self-addressed envelope.

Session Recordings
Attendees may purchase session recordings on site in both CD-ROM and mp3 format. CDs are $8 each or $345 for the full Conference, and mp3s are $7 each or $225 for the full Conference. Visit the Dove Enterprises booth located just outside Hall C to place your order.
Coat Check
A coat check is available each day of the Conference just outside of Exhibit Hall C of the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Attendees may check coats and luggage. Approximate cost of checking a coat or luggage is $2 per item.
