| Registration & Customer Service |
Hours: Wednesday, 5 to 6:30 p.m.; Thursday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Sunday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The OVMA strongly encourages pre-registration for the MVC, as those who register by Feb. 1 will receive their confirmation materials in the mail and enjoy reduced registration fees. For those who do not pre-register for the Conference, on-site registration will be available during the above hours. Just pick up an on-site registration form at the kiosk, or save time by downloading an on-site registration form (available in February) to fill out and bring with you. |
| Internet Cafe |
| Hours: Wednesday, 5 to 6:30 p.m.; Thursday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Sunday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Stop by the Internet Café to check your e-mail, surf the Web and complete the MVC online evaluation. This service is free to registered attendees and available during regular Registration and Customer Service hours. Please be aware, however, that there are no notes printing stations at the Internet Café. |
| Kiddie Corp. Child Care |
Hours: Thursday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Sunday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Once again, the MVC is offering on-site childcare services for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Please note that pre-registration is required to ensure adequate staffing. The pre-registration deadline is Jan. 27, 2012. This year's theme is Wild, Wild West. Activities include arts & crafts, group games, music and movement, board games, story time, dramatic play, etc. We provide activities appropriate for each age group, using safe, sturdy equipment that you can feel comfortable with. Children can make their own choices within KiddieCorp’s program. | Wellness Center |
Hours: Friday & Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. As in past years, the MVC is once again offering a Wellness Center, located in the Exhibit Hall, where attendees can obtain titer testing. Individuals who have received rabies pre-exposure vaccination and continue to be at risk for exposure should have their titer checked every two years. The Wellness Center will be open Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cost for the testing is $65. Payment can be made in cash or checks made payable to MedOhio Occupational Health Centers. The lab work will be sent to Kansas State University for endpoint results determination. All results will be mailed to each individual in a self-addressed envelope. |
| Session Recordings |
| Attendees may purchase session recordings on site in both CD-ROM and mp3 format. CDs are $8 each or $345 for the full Conference, and mp3s are $7 each or $225 for the full Conference. Visit the Dove Enterprises booth located just outside Hall C to place your order. You may print and fill out an order form (pdf) to bring with you to save time on site. |
| Coat Check |
| A coat check is available each day of the Conference just outside of Exhibit Hall C of the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Attendees may check coats and luggage. Approximate cost of checking a coat or luggage is $2 per item. |
