Need a break from sessions? The OVMA Auxiliary invites you to attend its annual events once again this year.
Family Fun Time
Hours: Friday & Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Bring your family to the Auxiliary’s sixth annual Family Fun Time and relax for a while! Family members can have a friendly corn hole competition, test their creativity in a variety of crafts, play games, and more fun activities!
Please note that this is not a childcare service. Children should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. See page 76 for information on childcare services available at the Conference.
The 2011 Auxiliary Silent Auction raised more than
$4,000 for student scholarships.
Auxiliary Silent Auction
• Hours: Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Item Pickup: Sunday, 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
With each passing year, the Auxiliary Silent Auction grows bigger and better, with ever-increasing success! Proceeds from the auction help the Auxiliary provide scholarships to veterinary students at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. While you look around in the Exhibit Hall, stop by the Auxiliary Silent Auction booth to browse the items and place your bid.
Auxiliary Meetings & Luncheon
• Pre-Board Meeting: Saturday, 9 to 9:45 a.m.
• Annual Meeting: Saturday, 10 to 11:30 a.m.
• Luncheon: Saturday, 12 to 1 p.m.
• Post-Board Meeting: Sunday, 9 to 10 a.m.
Auxiliary members are invited to attend the Auxiliary Lunch on Saturday for a buffet meal and entertainment from the OSU Marching Band brass ensemble. Feel free to bring a spouse or a guest, who are welcome to attend the lunch for a fee of $25. Be sure to sign up for the event when registering. And, don’t forget, you can pay your Auxiliary dues with registration.
