Join your colleagues as you wake up — and shake up your metabolism!

Boost your energy for the day before heading to your educational sessions. A fitness coach from Core Fitness Studios in Upper Arlington, Ohio, will guide participants through an hour-long workout including core strengthening, cardio and resistance training. This fitness class is suitable for both men and women, and each exercise can be modified for the novice individual up through the advanced athlete. This program is complimentary to all MVC attendees, so be sure to sign up for one or both classes on your registration form. Don’t miss this energizing start to your day!

Participants will sign a waiver assuming the risk of injury resulting from performing exercises or utilizing exercise equipment. It is recommended that individuals interested in participating consult their physician before participating in any exercise program.
