5 for 5 for the Future
Beginning in 2012, OVMA began setting aside money from MVC registrations for future veterinary and technician student scholarships. The new program, 5 for 5 for the Future, will dedicate $5 from every veterinarian and technician registration over the next five years to the fund. The OVMA estimates that this program will raise $17,500 in revenue each year, for a total nearing $90,000 over the five-year period.
Make a difference for students!
Attendees who would like to support future veterinarians and veterinary technicians by donating to 5 for 5 for the Future may make an additional donation by filling out the “Charitable Donations” section on your registration form or by visiting Customer Service during the Conference.
