Please note, your exhibitor login does not allow you to access CE sessions.

Navigating to Your Booth

Once logged in, click on the "Exhibit Hall" tab in the top menu bar.

Enter your booth by clicking on your company logo.

  • Featured booths are on the Exhibit Hall landing page
  • Click the "Exhibitors" tab to display standard exhibitors

Using Chatroll

Note: The information below applies only if your company opted to use the live attendee chat feature.

Getting Started

You must be logged in and on your Virtual Booth page to use Chatroll.

  • To confirm your logged-in status, scroll down to your chat window.
  • If you are logged in, you will see your name in the right-side panel with a green dot next to it.

You will receive an audio notification when you receive a chat, so be sure your device's speakers are turned on/up.

  • If your speakers are on and turned up, and you still don't hear anything, check the speaker icon on at the bottom of the chat window. If it has an x next to it, click the icon to turn the sound on.
  • If you still cannot hear notifications, please use the built-in tech support feature by clicking on the Help tab.
  • You can turn this feature off by clicking the speaker icon (not advised during exhibition hours).

To enlarge the chat window, click the box/arrow icon at the bottom right corner.

All attendee messages will initially be sent to the semi-private main chat room.

  • You must be logged in to use/read the chatroll, so members of the public would not be able to see your messages
  • All users who are logged will be able to view all the messages in this main chat room (unless deleted)

Private Chats

After an attendee sends a message, you may start a private chat with them by clicking on their name, and then clicking the Start Private Chat button.

Once in the private chat room, the top of the chat screen will read "This chat is private." These messages can only be read by you and the attendee(s) in the private chat room, shown in the right sidebar.

You can add other attendees to a private chat if you wish.

  • The attendees must be in your booth to invite them to a private chat.
  • Click the "Invite" link on the right-hand panel and then type in the attendee's name or select from the list.

All open chats are shown in the far left column.

  • The chat you are currently in will be highlighted in blue.
  • Return to the main chat room by clicking your company name in the far left column.

You can delete any message in your Chatroll by hovering over the message and clicking the red X icon. Attendees can delete their own messages only.

Notes:

  • There is no limit to the number of representatives who can monitor the chatroll and interact with attendees simultaneously.
  • The system will not "auto assign" representatives to attendees for private chats. Please determine internally how your representatives will handle conversations (e.g., a rotation or schedule).

Want to try it out?

You and your booth staff can log in and test the chat program before the MVC begins. Just be sure to delete all your messages before Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. EST! Alternatively, you can try the chatroll demo here.

Attendee Analytics

Analytics are collected when an attendee:

  • Responds to a poll
  • Downloads a document
  • Sends a message via Chatroll

Please note, the number of visits and unique visitors are NOT tracked.

Analytics information includes attendee name and email, as well as any information the attendee provided in their profile (individual type, area of practice, etc.)

Please note, booth staff accounts to not gain you access to attendee analytics. OVMA staff will provide this information after the conclusion of the conference.

  • If needed for a raffle drawing, giveaway, etc., we can pull analytics during the conference upon request
  • Please request this data 24 hours in advance of the time you would like to receive it
  • Although we will do our best to fulfill these requests in a timely manner, please remember our number-one priority is our attendees
