1. Download the MVC mobile app

2. Review or plan your schedule

If you selected your sessions during registration, you can view your schedule at the bottom of this email, or by logging in to the mobile app.

If you did not register for sessions, or you would like to make changes to your selections, you can do so via the MVC mobile app. Find out how »

3. Save/print your session documents

If you'd like to follow along with your speakers' presentations, you may access the Conference Proceedings via:

The MVC mobile app: Access the documents by tapping on the session's speaker and scrolling down to the Attachments section. Note: Not all speakers provide documents.

The MVC website: Go to www.mvcinfo.org/notes and enter the password found in your confirmation.

If you would like to have a copy of your session notes and/or presentations, please download them to your device and/or print them prior to the MVC.

4. Pack your bags

What to Bring

  • Your confirmation packet and name badge (if you registered by Jan. 20)
    • If you received your badge in the mail, you DO NOT need to check in with MVC staff!
  • Charging cords for your devices
  • A notebook, if you prefer to take hand-written notes

5. Route your trip & reserve parking

Are you a session moderator? Refer to the volunteer kit for specific parking locations and other instructions.

6. Pick up your on-site materials in GCCC Hall A

If you did not receive your badge in the mail, you may print your own at the self-serve printing kiosk, located inside the Hall A entrance to the left.

Go to the Attendee Items station to pick up:

  • A bag containing your flash drive of Conference Proceedings, lanyard, and pen
  • An on-site program
  • OVMA member ribbons can be requested at the Help Desk.
