MVC 2025 is nearly here… Are you ready?
We are just a few short days away from opening the doors to the 2025 Midwest Veterinary Conference and welcoming attendees to Columbus, Ohio, for another exciting convention! See below for important last-minute details and instructions.
NOTE: Pre-registered booth staff will receive their own reminder email. However, if there are any staff who plan to register on site, please forward this message to them!
Registering additional booth staff
MVC staff are unable to make any changes to your staff roster at this time. However, you have full control over your booth staff registrations!
- Online booth staff registration is open through Saturday. Booth admins can register on behalf of their staff or request they self-register before they arrive.
- Don’t forget to apply your discount code on the payment page to take advantage of any remaining complimentary badges! (Discount code can be found in the booth staff registration email)

- If your staff cannot register online before their arrival, they may sign up at the Exhibitor desk when they arrive.
- They should bring identification in the form of a company ID or business card.

Travel & Parking at the MVC
- The MVC takes place in Hall A of the Greater Columbus Convention Center (400 N. High St., Columbus, Ohio 43215).
- The official address for the loading dock is: 23 Convention Center Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43215.

- Please note, the GCCC does not have a designated exhibitor parking area.
- All exhibitors should park, at their own expense, in one of the area surface lots or garages.
Reminder: Per city health codes, animals are not permitted on site, with the exception of service animals. Service animals must be checked in at the help desk upon arrival. Learn more »
Setup, booth staff check in, & lead retrieval pickup
- Booth setup runs from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday and 7 to 9:30 a.m. on Thursday.
- Pre-registered staff can pick up their badges at the self-serve printing station in GCCC Hall A, directly across from the doors. See floor plan »
- Exhibitor badges do not include CE access. If anyone on your staff would like to earn CE, they should register as a regular attendee.
- Visitor’s passes for clients can be purchased on site for $25 per day.
- Lead retrieval scanners can be picked up from SmartSource at the exhibitor desk.

Please note, there will be no on-site booth sales for the 2026 MVC. We will share information about reserving your booth in the spring.

*For the safety of MVC attendees, exhibitors may not leave early without prior approval. Any company that begins tearing down or vacates the premises before 1:30 p.m. on Saturday may forfeit their exhibitor Appreciation Points for the 2026 MVC.
Don’t forget to build your Virtual Booth!
Company admins should complete their Virtual Booth and preview it in the MVC mobile app prior to the launch of the MVC.
- Log in to the Exhibitor Admin Portal to complete your profile and upload your graphics, documents, and videos.
- Then, log in to the MVC mobile app to see how it looks!
