How to Set Up Your Mobile App Profile (Virtual Booth)
Click here to go to the MVC mobile app platform.
Click “Sign in” in the top right corner, then log in using the email and password linked to your booth reservation.
Once logged in, you will see available options in the left sidebar under “Company Portal.”

You will create/edit your Virtual Booth in the “Info” and “Page” tabs.
In the Info tab, upload your logo and a directory image* and enter a brief description, slogan/tagline, web and social links, and a call to action. You can also upload documents in this section.

In the Page tab, you can preview your Virtual Booth. To make changes, click the toggle to “Edit Site.”

Use the WYSIWIG or HTML editor to insert/style text, graphics, and videos as desired. Be sure to click save frequently so your work isn’t lost in the event of a technical error!

Other Virtual Booth Features
Messages sent via your virtual booth will appear under “Inbox,” where you can sort them by inquiries awaiting response, active conversations, and closed conversations.
Click “Chat Requests” to turn on/off the instant messaging feature and review chat requests from attendees.
After the app goes live, you will be able to review leads and run reports under the “Leads” and “Reports” tabs, respectively.
Virtual Booth Specs

- Logo: A logo that represents the company and brand,
- Recommended dimensions: 400px x 400px
- Recommended file format: PNG
- Contact Email: A contact email address that attendees can get in contact with the company.
- Link: A URL address that will route attendees to a specific external landing page. Add a short link title to hide the full URL.
- Description: A brief description about the company in one paragraph.
- Tagline: A brief subtitle for the company.
- Social Links: Add links to the company’s page that routes to social media.
- Call to Action (Exhibitors Only): Creates an additional button to redirect to an external page.
- Categories: Allows for categorization/labeling that represents the company.
- Documents (Exhibitor only): Allows uploading company documentation for attendees to download, for example, company pamphlets.
- For each attachment, a unique name can be given, such as “Product Catalog.”
- Company Site: Is a configurable WYSIWYG editor with limited HTML/CSS capabilities that allow configuration of a robust company page to represent the companies brand.
- Note: Any embedded images or videos must be externally hosted on a publicly accessible site.
