If you’re traveling from afar, click below for information on the MVC’s reserved room blocks and details on making a reservation.<\/em> Hotel blocks will automatically close in mid- to late January,<\/strong> or sooner if they sell out. Volunteer as a Session Moderator<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Many MVC speakers request a session moderator to introduce and assist them during their presentations. This is your chance to meet your favorite speakers and <\/em>help the MVC run smoothly!<\/strong> You’re attending the session anyway, so why not take your experience to the next level?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BONUS: For each session you volunteer for by Feb. 10, you’ll get an entry into a raffle to win one of several gift cards!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Haven’t selected your sessions yet?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

We encourage attendees to register for each session they plan to attend, preferably by Jan. 10 (though you can still make changes after this date). This allows OVMA to assign rooms to allow seating for everyone, and creates a record of your sessions for license renewal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
