Get ready: The 2023 Virtual MVC kicks off on Friday, Feb. 24, at 12 p.m. EST!* You'll have six months of access to dozens of session recordings in a wide variety of topics.

The platform is open now, so feel free to log in and poke around the Exhibit Hall, connect with colleagues, and play the MVC game. Scroll down for details on these additional features.

*Please note, some sessions may not be available immediately at noon, as OVMA staff are still working to upload the videos. They will be posted as soon as they are available. Thank you for your patience!

How to log in

Click the Log In button, then enter the information shown below.

First Name: (Your First Name)
Last Name: (Your Last Name)
Email Address: (the email you used to register)

Check your email and/or cellphone* for a six-digit verification code. Enter that code on the login page to complete the process.

After 24 hours of inactivity, or whenever you switch to a new device or browser, you will need to repeat the login and verification process.

If you experience difficulties accessing the Virtual Platform or watching videos, please check the tech specs to ensure your equipment meets the minimum requirements.

Watching sessions & earning CE

Under the "Schedule" tab in the navigation bar, click on "On Demand."
To find a specific session, enter keywords or session number into the search bar.
Click on a session to open it and read the description.
If the speaker provided any notes or other supplemental documents, they will be shown in the "Session Content" section.
Click the "Replay" button to watch the video.
After completing the video, you will be marked a participant and be awarded the 1 hour of CE.

Don't forget to rate your sessions & speakers!

Once you finish with a session, click the "Survey" link on the right side of the session page to share your feedback. It'll only take a few seconds!

If you need a CE certificate or transcript, click below to download a copy once you are finished watching sessions.

Nearly 200 companies are participating in the MVC. The good news is, you have six months to make your way through the Virtual Exhibit Hall! Click the Expo tab to begin your exploration.

Pro Tip: The more you explore, the more points you'll earn in the MVC Game!

Connect with the Community

Browse the Attendee List (under the Community tab) to see who else is participating in the MVC. You can send messages by clicking the three vertical dots to the right of the attendee's name, then clicking on "Message."

You can also chat with other attendees by clicking on the Discussions link under the Community tab.

Help shape next year's MVC!

Don't forget to share your feedback on the MVC as a whole and your suggestions for next year! Click the "Take Survey" button on the home page to get started. You'll earn 100 points in the MVC Game for completing the overall evaluation.
