Getting to the MVC

MVC Venue

Greater Columbus Convention Center

Travel

Driving to the MVC? Get directions to the convention center and find area parking here.

Flying in to CMH? Taxis and ride-share services are available 24/7 on the ground transportation level of the terminal (near baggage claim).

Parking

OVMA will reimburse parking in any available lot shown here (valet excluded) .

If the parking attendant asks for payment upon entry, inform them you are speaking at the MVC and would like a ticket.

For speakers who are receiving parking passes, you will receive them for the Ohio Center Garage at check in.


When You Arrive

Checking In

When you arrive at the convention center, please check in at the Speakers desk in the Attendee Registration area of GCCC Hall A.

You will receive your badge and an on-site program with session room locations.

Hotel Reservations

For speakers staying on site, a reservation has been made for you at the Hyatt Regency or Hilton.

If you have not received an email confirmation from the hotel, please contact us.

For speakers who are receiving parking passes, you will receive them at check in for the Ohio Center Garage.


On the Days You Are Speaking

Preparing for your Presentation

Please remember to bring your presentation on a flash drive, as OVMA does not have a back-up copy for you to use.

If you have had any changes to your AV and set-up needs, please let OVMA know ASAP to allow us time to prepare. If you did not request a laptop, please plan to provide your own.

If you are speaking on more than one day, please check the location of your presentation each day, as the rooms may change.

Should any tracks be moved to a different room at the last minute, a notice will be posted on the MVC mobile app. Please opt in to push notifications to ensure you don’t miss these messages.

Speaker Meals

Speakers with hotel reservations will receive complimentary access to the breakfast buffet at the Market Stand Restaurant on the day(s) they are speaking.

  • Located in the Hyatt, opens daily at 7 a.m.
  • Speakers will be responsible for any additional breakfast charges.

Lunch is located in the Madison Room on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

  • Please note, we have invited all of our Session Moderators to join their Speakers for lunch, and we encourage you take advantage of this opportunity to meet our volunteers!

Please let OVMA know of any special dietary needs before your arrival, if you have not done so already.

We encourage you to remind attendees to rate your session via the MVC mobile app at the conclusion of your presentation(s).

If you would like your session data sent to you, please let me know, and I would be happy to compile it for you after the MVC.

Speaker Feedback

Please let us know about your experience at the 2025 MVC by filling out the speaker evaluation.

A link to the survey will appear in the MVC mobile app and via email, which you will receive at the conclusion of the MVC.
