Success... Your MVC 2026 registration is in!

Thank you for registering for the 2026 Midwest Veterinary Conference! Your registration is confirmed, and a receipt has been emailed to you separately. Please save this email, as it contains instructions for modifying your registration, signing up for sessions, and other important information.

You're registered! Now what?

It's never too early to begin planning for the MVC! Here are some ways you can prepare now to ensure you enjoy the best possible conference experience:

Sign up for sessions »

We strongly encourage you to register for sessions in advance. This will create a record of your CE for your certificate and allows us to assign rooms to accommodate attendees. Don't worry, you can modify your selections at any time! Ready to build your schedule? Here's how:

1. Click here, then click the Sign In button in the top right corner
2. Log in using your email and the password you set up before registration*
3. Click the "Sessions" tab in the left sidebar
4. Click on the session you wish to attend, then click the green bookmark icon next to the title to add it to your registration
5. Repeat the process as needed to build your schedule

*Did someone register on your behalf? Follow steps 1 and 2 above, then click the reset password link on the login page. Follow the prompts to set your password and return to these instructions.

Volunteer as a session moderator »

OVMA provides our each of our expert speakers with their very own session moderator to introduce them and assist during their sessions. With 300+ sessions to cover, we need your help! As a bonus, for each session you volunteer for by Feb. 13, you'll get an entry into a raffle to win one of several gift cards!

Need to modify your registration?

• To add sessions: See the "Sign up for sessions" section above.
• To add labs and special events: Log in to your account and click on the "Purchases" tab of your profile. Click on "Events" in the sidebar, then click the "Details" button next to your 2026 MVC registration. Under "Order Details," click the "Add Session" button and follow the prompts.
• To upgrade your registration: If you did not purchase access to the Virtual MVC, you may upgrade any time by clicking here.
• To register additional staff members: If you are your organization's designated primary contact, simply start another registration. Once completed, you will be able to see all registrations in the invoices section of the organization record. Click here to learn more about primary contacts and how to manage your organization.
• To transfer to another person: You will need to contact OVMA to transfer your registration to someone else. Refer to this page for more information.
