Virtual MVC Confirmation
Thank you for registering for the virtual 2025 Midwest Veterinary Conference! Please bookmark this page, as it contains important, up-to-date information about the event and everything it has to offer.
I’m registered! Now what?
It’s never too early to begin planning for the MVC! Here are some ways you can prepare now to ensure you enjoy the best possible conference experience:
Good to know…
When does the VMVC begin?
Please note, the Virtual MVC is NOT streamed live. It is scheduled to launch on March 4, 2025 (subject to change). You will receive an email notification when session recordings are available for viewing.
I’m a technician. Can I use the VMVC for my 2025 license renewal?
In Ohio, RVT renewal applications are due on March 1. Because the VMVC does not go live until March 4, you will not be able to use these sessions for your 2025 renewal. You can, however, use the sessions you attended during the live MVC! For non-Ohio technicians, please check with your state’s licensing board.
Expand your CE opportunities
Want to experience all the MVC has to offer? Upgrade to a hybrid conference pass to unlock access to additional in person-only CE, special events, and exhibits.
If you change your mind and decide you’d like to add on access to the in-person event, click below to log in and modify your registration. You can upgrade anytime between now and the live MVC.
How much does it cost to upgrade?
The cost to add access to the live MVC depends on your job category and how many days you wish to attend in person.
Plan your trip to the Virtual Exhibit Hall
Browse the up-to-date list of virtual exhibitors on the MVC website. More information on any virtual-only activities will be posted as the VMVC nears.

Download the MVC Mobile App
The MVC mobile app is now live! Click/tap the appropriate button below, or search for “Midwest Veterinary Conference” in your device’s app store. If you need help, see the Mobile App FAQs for step-by-step instructions.
Special thanks to Silver Sponsor Merck Animal Health for supporting the app!
Access the session notes and presentations
The MVC 2025 proceedings are live! You can view, download, and print speaker-prepared notes, presentations, and supplemental information for dozens of sessions. Print them if you’d like to have a hard copy, or download them to your tablet or laptop to avoid potentially slow wi-fi speeds on site.

Please note, not all speakers provide documents.
