I’m registered! Now what?
It’s never too early to begin planning for the MVC! Here are some ways you can prepare now to ensure you enjoy the best possible conference experience:
Expand your CE opportunities
You can only be in one place at a time—which means you’re going to miss out on some excellent continuing education. Luckily, we have a solution that doesn’t involve the risks of time travel.
Upgrade to a hybrid conference pass to unlock six months of access to 90+ hours of on-demand CE recordings.
If you change your mind and decide you’d like to add on virtual access, click below to log in and modify your registration. You can upgrade anytime between now and mid-August.
How much does it cost to upgrade?
The cost to add access to the Virtual MVC to your in-person registration is:
- Veterinarians: $125
- Non-Veterinarians: $75
Reserve your hotel room
If you’re traveling from afar, click below for information on the MVC’s reserved room blocks and details on making a reservation. Hotel blocks will automatically close in mid- to late January, or sooner if they sell out. If needed, overflow hotels will be posted at the link below.
A note regarding hotel reservation scams: Neither the OVMA/MVC nor our hotel partners will ever call or email you to solicit a hotel reservation. Any third-party communications you may receive to this effect are scams and should be ignored.
Volunteer as a Session Moderator
Many MVC speakers request a session moderator to introduce and assist them during their presentations. This is your chance to meet your favorite speakers and help the MVC run smoothly!
BONUS: For each session you volunteer for by Feb. 10, you’ll get an entry into a raffle to win one of several gift cards!
To sign up as a session moderator, please click the volunteer sign-up link in your confirmation email.
Please remember, you must be registered on the day(s) you volunteer.
Haven’t selected your sessions yet?
We encourage attendees to register for each session they plan to attend, preferably by Jan. 10 (though you can still make changes after this date). This allows OVMA to assign rooms to allow seating for everyone, and creates a record of your sessions for license renewal.
You can sign in to your registration at any time to add sessions to your schedule.

Access the session notes and presentations
The MVC 2025 proceedings are live! You can view, download, and print speaker-prepared notes, presentations, and supplemental information for dozens of sessions. Print them if you’d like to have a hard copy, or download them to your tablet or laptop to avoid potentially slow wi-fi speeds on site.
